BEMCO originated the 2-sleeve design for steel mill rolls. The centrifugally cast component roll comes with a replaceable and reversible outer sleeve that can be changed quickly — eliminating the need to rebuild or replace the entire roll. Hardness customized in-house between 55Rc–70Rc.
