Replaceable & Reversible Sleeve

BEMCO engineers originated the idea of putting a sleeved roll into production. We can redesign your original drawing to accommodate a hub with either 1 or 2 sleeves depending on the wear pattern.

The sleeved system allows you to reverse a single sleeve and swap 2 sleeves — giving you 4 times the life of the original solid roll. This reduces downtime and lowers your maintenance costs.
